What Our Volunteers & Tourists Think
I loved Montezuma and 4 weeks seemed like it was too short of a time! In the month that I was there I met some great friends, took Spanish classes, learned to surf, and learned a lot about a beautiful country. By far, the best part was helping to teach the pre-school English classes- the students were so full of energy and were so much fun! Volunteering with Proyecto Montezuma was also a way for me to meet locals and interact with the community as more than just a tourist. It was such a great experience, and I cannot wait to return to Costa Rica.
